For many years I sat at the base of my driveway watching my husband take off with the kiddos on Halloween night.  I was left in the dust, to hand out candy.  Enjoyable, sure?  But really?  Again?  I would like to see MY kids trick or treating at least ONCE in a decade. How much do we LOVE the circus? The clown and P.T. Barnum were hysterical and 2 of our kids got into the "circus act" when we went to visit them at the Robinson Township Library! And guess what we have ANOTHER GIVEAWAY thanks to our awesome friends at the library!  They have donated 6 tickets for you to win!

We're so lucky here at Macaroni Kid that we get to test out tons of great ideas, products and services.  This year, I came to know Ed Anderson from Games2U Mobile Entertainment because of previous Macaroni Kid collaborations and such. He's always been first in line to donate  his services to causes and events such as Macapalooza an event that was set to raise funds for the refurbish of the Clinton Park Rainbow's End playground.

So for some off-the-wall reason, our Munchkin's favorite Halloween decoration by far is the spiderwebs with the spiders. But she's completely grossed out by them and freaked out by the ones that look a little too real.

We came up with this fun variation of a paper mache craft to satisfy her need for spider decorations here at home. We also used colorful spiders to keep her from getting too creeped out but you can use any kind of spiders you want!
