In honor of President's day, we thought we would share a festive recipe for Cherry Turnovers. We heard they were George Washington's favorite !!

1 pkg of frozen puff pastry

1 can of cherry pie filling

1 egg

1/2 cup chocolate chips

1/2 cup  heavy cream

Unfold the thawed puff pastry sheet and cut into 6 squares (you will get 6 squares out of one sheet.)

We had a blast at the Pittsburgh Auto Show tonight. This used to be an annual date for my husband and I. We always looked forward to going.
