OTHER MOMS
There is nothing that can recreate the "park bench mom" who sells, shares, networks and dishes while watching her kid play on the slide. Moms dishing to other moms, moms supporting local businesses, moms networking businesses. Moms are some of THE BEST tools to have in your pocket. Is Chiropractic Care "Strange Hocus Pocus?"
Dr. Buncke Weighs In!
For too many people, the thought of going to a chiropractor scares the "you know what out of them!" Partially because there is no middle ground when it comes to chiropractors. People either love us, hate us or just plain thinks that what we do is strange “hocus pocus.”
I have been doing this for almost 11 years so you start to build up a thick skin to criticism! No matter the reason, the treatment options I provide help many people to feel better.
I frequently refer to myself as ...
Kiss My Acronym
Boycotting Labels For Moms
I was recently in a room full of women when the initial introductions and small chat began. Inevitably I was asked by someone, "What do you do?"
I get the nervous tummy anytime someone even begins the topic because it is then that I need to instantaneously decide if my soap box will put a damper on the evening. Sometimes the soap box is cumbersome. Big and bulky and certainly not worthy of a situation. Other times it fits well.
The truth is that no matter how I answered that ...
Reflections on my Summer Vacation

This is my favorite time of year not only because it’s warmer but also because it allows me to truly appreciate being a Home Business Entrepreneur!
Right now I’m sitting at Panera Bread sipping my favorite cup of coffee. I just met with a friend over said coffee and shared with her my business and ...

Take Me Out to the Ball Game!
Summer is the best! The sun...the smell of grass...and, of course, baseball. It’s America’s pastime, and the Miracle League makes it everyone’s sport.
The Miracle League welcomes all disabled children and adults in Southwestern Pennsylvania to participate. Sadly, so many people with special needs have been excluded from their local Little League programs. Why can’t they play? Well, the regular field just doesn’t work. So, the Miracle League built one.
The Pirates Charities Miracle League Field opened in Cranberry Township on May 16 ...
