The Olympics are kinda a big deal in my house! I just love the idea of people working their entire lives for a chance to represent our country among the elite athletes of the world! I love the American Pride that comes through when the athletes walk in during the Opening Ceremonies and get a little teary eyed each time the flag is raised and the winners take to the podium! I feel like this is competition at its best and watch as much as I can of the coverage! I am very excited my kids will be watching along with me this year! I decided to have a little Olympic Party to help kick off the celebration! I gathered some ideas from the sites listed below. Enjoy and go USA!!
