Combined entries from North Hills, Cranberry, City of Pittsburgh and West Pittsburgh/Robinson Macaroni Kid will be tallied and then a winner chosen via Random.org. Please note that there is only one set of tickets ( 3 total) to the Bieber contest and only one winner chosen though this contest is being run on 4 publications and 4 facebook platforms.
