Oh what a night! We just returned from seeing Disney On Ice 100 Years of Magic. It is all of your favorite characters and stories under one roof. Somewhat like the sweetened and condensed version of the classics!
You know you will see amazing skating and this production surely delivered that! But what you do not expect is the props they use to tell their story. They have Mickey flying high in a hot air balloon.
A WHALE that is so large it can swallow characters!
A dragon that is almost as long as the ice itself!
A spectacular display for the finale!
As a parent I loved the fact that they told enough of the stories so you knew what was going on, in case you hadn’t read them before, but not every little detail. It is fast paced to say the least. The time will fly by!
You will be thrilled to find your friends from "Toy Story," "Lion King," "The Incredibles," and an array of princes and princesses to boot! And of course a night couldn't be complete without a "SMALL" trip around the world!
But of all my favorite moments, ones like these are the best!
Let's face it, the years are ticking away. How many more moments do we have to take the time out and get away to just watch them watch something they enjoy? I for one am taking it while I can get it and you should too!
