Get moving with a trail run along the Allegheny River, a yoga class and a runner movement screening by the Allegheny Health Network Sports Medicine team. Get the “Scoop on Supplements” and other nutrition topics from a registered dietitian and meet former Pittsburgh Penguins star Pierre Larouche. Register for The Great Race and visit with more than a dozen fitness-related organizations and businesses. Enjoy SportsWorks’ numerous interactive experiences including scaling a 25-foot rock wall, pedaling a unicycle high above the exhibit gallery and riding a simulator into the human body.
