Penalty Flags AKA Party Foul Towel!
Ever been at a party where someone is committing a party foul? You know what I mean: laughing too loudly or talking too much during the commercials (after all that’s sometimes the best part)? CALL THEM OUT!!! Make enough of these penalty flags and let the kids be the referees!
The first step is to cut yellow fabric to be about 1 foot by 1 foot. Fill some plastic wrap with about a tablespoon of rice.
Wrap the fabric around the ball of rice and keep it together with a yellow rubber band and you’re ready to start calling some penalties! I’ve also seen these made with small bouncy balls but I figured once the kids figured out they’d bounce, we’d be in some trouble so I stuck to using rice!
