The Allegheny County Parks Department today announced that the Boyce Park Wave Pool, North Park Swimming Pool, and Settlers Cabin Park Wave Pool will open for the season on Saturday, June 1. The South Park Wave Pool is undergoing repairs, which includes the installation of a new liner, and will have a delayed opening. Once a date for opening is set, it will be announced.
The newly renovated North Park Baby Pool and Spray Park will also be open for the season on June 1. New features include shade units covering portions of the pool surface and adjacent to the pool, built-in seating, new water spray features, two water slides, and a zero-depth entry. A new filtration system, a filtration building, and a replacement of the baby pool were also added as part of the renovation. Additionally, artificial turf was added around the existing spray park pad. Admission to the baby pool spray park is included in the daily admission price for North Park Swimming Pool.
Daily hours of operation are 11:30 am - 7:30 pm, weather and conditions permitting. Concessions will also be open daily.

County Spray Parks
The Deer Lakes Spray Park and Round Hill Spray Park will open for the season on Saturday, June 1. Spray parks are free and open daily, 10:00 am – 8:00 pm, weather and conditions permitting.
