Calling all mini artists! Day Off at the Museum is the scoop for your imaginative youngsters, aged 6 to 10. Imagine full-day creative sessions on Nov. 27, Dec. 28, Dec. 29, and Jan. 15 – a school break bonus, right? From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., let your kiddos unleash their creativity. It's $75 for nonmembers and $65 for Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh members – think of it as an investment in your child's artistic brilliance!

For our older crew (teens to young adults), Make a Gift of Art is where it's at. Two chances to craft handmade goodies: edible snowflakes on Dec. 7 and a marbled trinket dish on Dec. 17. Workshops go down on Thursday, Dec. 7, from 6–8 p.m. and Sunday, Dec. 17, from 2–4 p.m. At $45 a pop, you're not just creating gifts; you're making memories that'll last.

And here's something the whole family can get in on – the Friends and Family Photo Studio. Make the Carnegie Museum of Art your backdrop for some seriously frame-worthy shots! Professional photographers will capture your crew against six different backgrounds from Nov. 11 to Dec. 3. It's $140 per session, but hey, isn't preserving those family moments priceless?
Oh, and mark your calendars for November 18! That's when the Carnegie Trees light up, ringing in the festive season in Pittsburgh. It's a sight worth seeing for both the young and the young at heart.
