The Laughlin Memorial Library opened to the citizens of Ambridge on July 6, 1929 when the building was formally dedicated and turned over to the Ambridge Free Library Association by the Alexander Laughlin Family. The building, a gift to Ambridge, is a memorial to their son Alexander Laughlin, Jr. Consider making the Laughlin Memorial Library a part of your will. It will be a lasting tribute to you and continue to invest in your community. Talk with your attorney, accountant or financial planner regarding a gift to the library.
