Use Entry C on the lower level between JCPenney Salon Entrance and Macy's. There are no walk-ups for this event. All families/four-legged buddies must have a reservation. Please note service animals, as proscribed by the American Disabilities Act, are always welcome at The Mall at Robinson. Non-service animals are limited to dogs, and they must be secured for this special event with an arrival time within 10 minutes of the scheduled reservation. Reservations are mandatory, and no exceptions will be made. Enter and exit via Mall Entry C (Macy's Wing). Thank you in advance for your participation and attention to these details.
