Description
Carnegie Science Center’s Wonder Workshops are specifically designed around suitable themes for budding scientists to cultivate a love for learning and to teach them basic science concepts. These interactive weekend workshops cover a range of topics, including Mars, space travel, climate change, chemistry, the physics of sports, and more.
To make the most of your child’s experience, they must be the appropriate age on the date the selected workshop begins.
Red Planet Engineers
Tour the brand-new exhibit Mars: The Next Giant Leap to get a firsthand understanding of how the science of engineering will be essential for landing, building, and living on Mars. Participants will also get to use design principles in our FedEx STEM Learning Labs to explore what it takes to get robots, and eventually astronauts, down to the Martian surface.
