When you are caring for a child there is nothing more important than having "go to" experts that you trust and rely on. As a mother of three I know all too well the quest for a pediatric group that fits the mold that I have determined in my head. I want doctors that care about my children, their health and most importantly I want doctors that LISTEN to me. After all, momma knows best right? Well, of course not always, that is why it is so incredibly important to find a pediatric group that you know, trust and adore. I'd like to introduce you to Caring Hands Pediatrics of Robinson. Perhaps this group will be YOUR new expert? We are proud to represent them here at Macaroni Kid Robinson and look forward to bringing their expertise to YOU in the form of a monthly series called " Ask Caring Hands. " You, our valued readers, will have the opportunity to ask the doctors pressing questions about your child's general health, a trending topic or your child's development. Caring Hands Pediatrics was established March 17, 2007. The practice was originally part of Uptown Pediatrics, which was a faculty practice that provided teaching to residents and medical students through the Mercy Hospital of Pittsburgh Pediatric Residency Program. When Uptown Pediatrics dissolved, Dr. Daly and Dr. Hwang acquired the North Hills and Imperial offices and named the new practice Caring Hands Pediatrics. In July, 2009, the Imperial office moved to Robinson.
The practice continues to grow and welcomes new patients. The doctors at Caring Hands Pediatrics make every attempt to work with parents to provide the best medical care for their child. For example, many parents are nervous about giving their children immunizations. We recommend immunizations based on the guidelines set by the American Academy of Pediatrics. However, for parents who are hesitant to give vaccines, we will work with them to establish a medical care plan with which the parent feels comfortable.
Caring Hands has a wonderfully informative website where you can find frequently asked questions and even dosage charts! Please see www.caringhandspediatrics.com for additional information or contact them directly at :
