Are you looking for story times in the Robinson or surrounding Pittsburgh West areas? Many of our local libraries have weekly reoccurring story times that happen year round. Below we have compiled a list of our Macaroni KID reader-approved local story times.

- Monday Preschool Storytime: Mondays at 1PM with Miss Kim
- Arabic/English Bilingual Storytime: Fourth Mondays at 5:30 PM with Miss Sam and Rema Abdin. Watch via Facebook Live!
- Baby & Toddler Storytime: Tuesdays at 10:30 AM with Miss Sam
- Wednesday Preschool Storytime: Wednesdays at 11:30 AM with Miss Sam
- Thursday Preschool Storytime: Thursdays at 11:30 AM with Miss Kathy
- Baby & Toddler Storytime: Fridays at 10:30 AM with Miss Sam
- Saturday Storytime: Saturdays at 11:30 AM with Miss Kathy
Crafton Public Library
- Storytime: Families, caregivers, and little ones are invited to listen to stories and sing songs with Miss Gabrielle every Tuesday from 11am - 11:30
Moon Township Public Library
Storytime Superstars - Wednesdays from 10:30 - 11:15 am Children 3-5 years old with a caregiver can hear a story, make crafts, and more.
Mother Goose on the Loose - Mondays at 10:30 am - Come to Mother Goose on the Loose, an early literacy program for kids 0-4 years old. Mondays at 10:30 AM, children learn through rhyme, repetition, puppets, songs, fingerplays and BUBBLES! It’s an excellent opportunity to socialize with other children and caregivers. Hang out afterwards to take advantage of our toys!
Robinson Library
- Musical Story Time: Wednesdays at 10:30 followed by Open Play at 11am.
- Story Time: Tuesday's & Thursday's at 10:30am followed by Open Play at 11am.
- Baby Lapsit: Friday's at 10:30am for children under 2 years of age followed by Open Play at 11am.
Scott Township Public Library
- Scottie's Story Time 10:30 am - 11 am - Children ages 2-5, with a caregiver, are welcome to join us for a fun-filled story time! Come show your child the joy of reading by sharing in a few stories, rhymes and songs. Make plans to stay and play after story time with toys provided by the library.
- Babies & Books: for ages 0-2 Thursdays from 11-11:30am
Sewickley Public Library
- Preschool Storytime: Thursday's at 10am
- Mother Goose on the Loose: Tuesday's at 10am-10:30, 11am-11:30 and 1pm-1:30 Children 0-3 years old. Registration required each week.
- Stories for Twos & Threes: Wednesdays at 10 am
- Family Story time at Ohio Township Nature Center: Select Monday's from 10 am - 10:30 am All ages. Registration required - 412.741.0937
Western Allegheny Community Library
- Littles Storytime: Tuesdays & Wednesdays from 10:30-11am. Ages: 18 months - 5 years (the same story is read both days)
- Baby Rhyme Time Wednesdays at 9:30am
Read, sing, and shake your sillies out! Then enjoy our Play Area, and check out some books. The same storytime will be presented both days. Please register once online for the whole season by registering for either day. Register HERE.
Free Little Libraries
Create your own story time by visiting any of the Little Free Libraries in Pittsburgh. Visit www.littlefreelibrary.org for the addresses of the registered libraries in our community and learn a “little” bit about the LFL phenomenon. Don't be surprised if you find a library along your journey that isn't on the site! To obtain street addresses for LFLs that provide only latitude and longitude information, enter lat#, long# [eg. 40.3071399, -80.02642] in the search box in Google Maps. Take a book and/or leave a book when you visit. Repeat!
