The Allegheny County Parks offer a variety of year-round recreational activities including golf, fishing, swimming, kayaking, skiing, youth sports, and much more. Each of the nine parks has something unique and exciting waiting to be explored! Learn about what activities and programming is going on in a park near you below.

Boys Home Park features all-inclusive play equipment for children of all abilities. 

Clever Recreation & Sports Complex has a swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball court, a ballfield, a volleyball court, playground, 2 picnic shelters – the Bicentennial (accommodates 150 people) and the Rotary Shelter (accommodates 300 people).

Fairview Park has two playgrounds:

• Clifford Playground at the Entrance Pavilion
• Rotary Pavilion Playground, including a tot lot for ages 2 to 5 and larger equipment for 5+

Groveton Park has a softball field, volleyball court, playground, and picnic shelter (accommodates 100 people).

Encompassing 1,610 acres in Collier, North Fayette and Robinson townships, Settlers Cabin Park features an historic log cabin, wave pool, dive pool, shelters, tennis courts, playgrounds, dek hockey rink, and walking and hiking trails.

Settlers Cabin Park is open daily, 8:00 am - sunset.

Sheraden Park is nestled between Pittsburgh’s Sheraden, Esplen, and Chartiers City neighborhoods. The park boasts historic trees, a pool, basketball and tennis courts, baseball, football, and soccer fields, as well as a woodland trail.
