Family Foundations, Early Head Start is a home visiting program supporting families that are expecting and families with children until the age of 3. Focusing on Child Development as well as child/ parent engagement. Serving families with in the City of Pittsburgh at six community locations: Clairton, Tri Boro, East End, The Hill District, North Side and Sto Rox.
